Our Vision
Masters of Cheese International is dedicated to fostering world class education and standards for the international cheese fraternity.
The Master of Cheese (MoC) qualification is granted to those who complete the extensive assessment requirements of the program. A Master of Cheese will have a wide education from milk and cheese production through to consumption and usage of cheese.
A Master of Cheese will be recognised as an ambassador/spokesperson for cheese.

Neil Willman
Master Cheesemaker, Master Cheese Grader and Master of Cheese, Neil Willman is well known and highly respected around the world in his profession.
Sue Arthur
Sue is a Founding Director of Masters of Cheese International and the New Zealand Cheese School, having set up the latter company in 2007 as a vehicle to provide educational opportunities to the New Zealand Specialist Cheese Industry.
